1280WZ 12-axis Camless CNC Versatile Spring Rotating Forming Machine is composed of a Taiwan computer system and Japan Yaskawa servo motors, specially designed with no rocker arm and camless structure. The slide base is separately controlled by eight servo motors covering the Feeding axis, Quill rotating axis, Wire rotating axis, and Spinner axis. It is composed of a crank connecting link system, feeding and rotating system, coiling straightening system, and quill system. It can be equipped with a hydraulic pressure scissors device for low noise operation; damage to the mandrel and machine is virtually zero. It is suitable for making tension springs, torsion springs, compression springs, scroll springs, tower springs, flat wire springs, and other highly complex spring types. The machine greatly expands the spring-making range with precision, stability, and ease of operation.
The crank connecting link system includes eight knife rests, each separately driven by a Yaskawa servo motor through a VRB reducer, with no mutual interference — making spring forming smooth and effortless. The feeding and wire rotation systems are controlled synchronously via CNC program, achieving feeding accuracy within 0.1mm during wire rotation.
The feeding system is equipped at the rotation system of the machine. It has 4 pairs of feeding rollers (2 rollers per pair); different wire sizes require different feeding rollers. The computer controls the feeding system with a moving unit of 0.01mm and a maximum moving length of 99,999.99 units.
