540 High Speed Spring Coiling Machine adopts Japan servo motor and Taiwan control system (YiTu Brand). Feeding axis, Cam axis, Up-cutter axis, Under-cutter axis and Pitch axis, which can work independently and synchronously. It can produce the kinds of Compression Spring with shorter testing time and high production rate. The 5th axis is the Pitch axis which can make the spring more easily to save the testing time and cost of the moulds. It also has the Rotary cutting to meet your different demand.
