1280WZ 12 axis Camless CNC Versatile Spring Rotating Forming Machine is composed of a Taiwan computer system and Japan Yaskawa servo motor, specially designed with no rocker arm and camless. The slide base is separately controlled by eight servo motors — Feeding axis, Quill rotating axis, Wire rotating axis, and Spinner axis. It is composed of a crank connecting link system, feeding and rotating system, coiling straightening system, and quill system. It can install a hydraulic pressure scissors device with low noise; the damage is zero on the mandrel and machine. It is suitable for making all kinds of tension springs, torsion springs, compression springs, scroll springs, tower springs, flat wire springs, and other highly difficult springs. It largely increases the spring-making range, and is precise, stable, and easy to operate.
The crank connecting link system includes eight knife rests, each driven independently by eight Yaskawa servo motors through a VRB reducer, with no influence on each other — making spring forming handy and easy. The feeding and wire rotation system is controlled synchronously through the CNC program; at the same time, the feeding accuracy can reach within 0.1mm during wire rotation.
The feeding system is equipped at the rotation system of the machine. It has 4 pairs of feeding rollers — 2 rollers per pair. Different wire sizes require different feeding rollers. The computer controls the feeding system; the moving unit is 0.01mm and the maximum moving length is 99,999.99 units.
