1280WZ 12-axis Camless CNC Versatile Spring Rotating Forming Machine is composed of a Taiwan computer system and Japan Yaskawa servo motors, specially designed with no rocker arm and camless structure. The slide base is separately controlled by eight servo motors — Feeding axis, Quill rotating axis, Wire rotating axis, and Spinner axis. It is composed of a crank connecting link system, feeding and rotating system, coiling straightening system, and quill system. It can install a hydraulic pressure scissors device with low noise; damage to the mandrel and machine is zero. It is suitable for making tension springs, torsion springs, compression springs, scroll springs, tower springs, flat wire springs, and other highly complex spring types. This machine largely increases the spring-making range and is precise, stable, and easy to operate.
The crank connecting link system includes eight knife rests, each separately driven by eight Yaskawa servo motors through a VRB reducer, with no mutual influence, making spring forming convenient and straightforward. The feeding and wire rotation systems are synchronously controlled through CNC programming; feeding accuracy can reach within 0.1 mm during wire rotation.
The feeding system is equipped within the rotation system of the machine. It has 4 pairs of feeding rollers — 2 rollers per pair. Different wire sizes require different feeding rollers. The computer controls the feeding system with a moving unit of 0.01 mm and a maximum moving length of 99,999.99 units.
